Center for Creative Leadership Connection

In 1996, a small group of community leaders recognized the need for leadership self-assessment. The CSLI Founding Committee partnered with the internationally renowned Center for Creative Leadership to provide leaders in the community with a five-day intensive leadership-training course. The first class went through CCL training in 1997.

The CCL program has been customized to provide a quality learning experience in the specific context of challenges facing the Colorado Springs community. CSLI utilizes dynamic learning experiences and case studies, top facilitators, and peer networking to enhance leadership skills. It offers an unparalleled opportunity to challenge established ways of thinking and behaving to expand participants’ knowledge of themselves and the community. This makes them more valuable to both their organizations and to Colorado Springs.
