CSLI, the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute, impacts a diverse group of thought leaders and community servants through its powerful network and its week-long program that focuses on self-reflection, interpersonal growth, and leadership transformation. CSLI graduates go on to impact our community, their personal networks, and the organizations in which they work.
Flagship Program
A week-long course. A lifelong impact.
CSLI’s core is about impact. We provide a program that emboldens individuals to be better people, leaders, citizens, and servants of our community.
Each spring, 16 leaders from a variety of industries and experiences across the community participate in an immersive, week-long program where they network, share ideas, problem-solve and form collaborative relationships. Participants are nominated by CSLI graduates and, based on a robust review of applications, CSLI’s Selection Committee determines the members of the year’s class.
Alumni Network
CSLI brings together leaders representing every segment of our community with a network of over 400 key influencers and decision makers. Graduates share the common bond of the CSLI experience and a passion to make Colorado Springs better.
With our commitment to ethical behavior, respectful and inclusive relationships, and solution-oriented leadership, we are poised to be a clearinghouse for new ideas and a network for dialogue and communication within the Pikes Peak region. Whenever members of the CSLI network convene, people trust that the group (no matter how large or small) will offer a diverse, balanced, and thoughtful voice on a broad spectrum of issues, assisting the community where it requires input.
